She has worked really hard and has acquired a lot of new and appropriate skills for dealing with situations. Chandra enjoys communicating with others and has made great progress in her communication skills. She has also accomplished in learning her strengths in making independent decisions. Chandra has been extremely helpful with the new consumers, sharing what she has learned at the Ray Hyde House. She has a great sense of humor and is considerate of other people. Chandra’s hobbies are walking, watering plants, going to the park, feeding the ducks and listening to music. She also knows fun handshakes, which come in handy for all the people she meets. She has been with us for a year and a half and has continued to be an asset to the REST and TRIPS programs. Laura is always reliable, dependable and dedicated to the purpose and values of the company as well as the REST and TRIPS services. Whenever Laura is requested to do an assignment for either REST or TRIPS day or late at night, Laura completes the assignments and represents the company with professionalism. Over the summer her supervisor has received two phone calls regarding Laura. One was a parent of a consumer and the other was a VMRC service coordinator. Both calls were praising Laura and the services that she provided with compassion toward a very ill consumer. Laura has also been instrumental in helping the TRIPS program have a record breaking month for billable hours. Laura provided over 60% of those hours in addition to maintaining her regular REST assignments. Laura worked long hours and drove hundreds of miles to assure that the consumer needs were met.
