Transportation Services
The Transportation Response to Individualized Program Services (T.R.I.P.S.) provides individualized transportation to consumers with developmental, physical and emotional disabilities when no other means of transportation is available.
Expected Consumer Outcomes:

Consumer will integrate into the community because they would have a way of attending community functions

Individuals have more opportunities to choose and participate with other community members on a regular basis

Consumer accessing services they need to be able to live in the community and/or least restrictive setting

Removal of barriers for consumer with physical disabilities to enable them to participate in recreational and leisure activities

Improve consumer’s quality of live by having access to community resources and events

Consumer will meet more coordinated service plan goals or objectives

Raise consumer’s level of competency and self-sufficiency while level of support in training and intervention from other programs will decrease
